1. The hole cover plate of the DC reduction motor is too thin, and it is easy to deform after tightening the bolt. Due to the uneven surface, the contact gap leaks oil;
2. The oil pool is stirred very badly in the operation process. If the amount of oil is too much, it will make the lubricating oil accumulate in the shaft seal, the joint surface and other places, which will lead to leakage;
3. Because there is no oil return groove on the gearbox box, the lubricating oil accumulates in the shaft seal, end cover, joint surface and other places, and leaks outward from the gap under pressure;
4. When repairing the reducer, the dirt on the joint surface is not completely removed, the sealant is improperly selected, the direction of the seal is reversed, the seal is not replaced in time and other reasons will also cause oil leakage;
5. In the manufacturing process, if the casting is not annealed or aged, the internal stress is not eliminated, which will cause deformation and clearance of the casting, leading to oil leakage.
